About Watt's Antiques

George and Margaret Watt are the proprietors of Watt's Antiques, located in the historic town of Fochabers in the North East of Scotland.

Opening their first Antique shop in 1970, they have during these 40 plus years of trading gained a wealth knowledge covering most fields of the antiques and jewellery trade.

Between 1980 and 1998 George and Margaret also owned and ran a successful auction house handling a volume of antiques and collectables that most dealers could only dream of buying in a life time!

They are proud of their large client base of loyal customers and are always delighted to welcome new faces to their shop, whether buying, selling or just having a look around.

 

Watt’s Antiques Products

The very nature of an antique shop means that you will never know what is going to be available for sale next, the spectrum of goods at the shop is extremely varied, from paintings to violins, from barometers to beautiful bronzes.

Watt’s Antiques carry a great selection of vintage & contemporary jewellery including rings, brooches, earrings, bracelets, necklaces & pendants. Whether you are looking for sapphire, diamond, ruby, emerald or opal set piece of jewellery, we are confident that you will be impressed by the huge savings our prices represent. Couples looking to purchase an engagement ring are welcome to try on any of the rings we have in stock and we would be delighted to help you find the perfect style and size of ring for this special occasion.            

 

Porcelain and ceramics of all types can be found in the shop, from Royal Doulton to signed Worcester and Lladro to Meissen.

 

Watches from quality makers such as Omega, Cartier, Rolex, Breitling, Hublot, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Corum, IWC and Tag Heuer can usually be found in stock.  Although we are not authorised dealers for any particular brand, we guarantee our watches to be authentic, and offered at great prices when compared to new r.r.p.

Persian Carpets make an attractive and functional addition to any home, whether traditional or contemporary in style. At Watt’s Antiques, you will find some of the finest hand crafted Persian carpets and rugs available in the North East of Scotland. A broad selection of silver items can always be found in-house.  Whether you are looking for a wedding /anniversary present or maybe a piece of Scottish provincial wear, there’s a good chance you will find something to suit here.

Quality stock moves quite quickly.  Many items never reach our website so if you are interested in a specific item contact us by email with your requirements.
